We aim to reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Corrections to a tutorial — a wrong measurement, a step that does not work, a broken link — are prioritised and are usually answered within one business day.

To help us answer faster, please include the URL of the page you are writing about, your machine or tool model if the question is equipment-specific, and a photo if the problem is visual. For tutorial requests, tell us what you want to make and your current experience level.

We are not able to offer one-to-one pattern grading, diagnose a machine fault from a description, or give legal or safety advice for industrial equipment.
